Students with any issues registering for Spring 2025 Semester classes through the Polk Portal are urged to complete this form and email it to springregistration25@lakeviewbungalow.com.  Bachelor students should send the registration form to bachelor@lakeviewbungalow.com. A College representative will assist within 48  business hours.
